The idea for Rooted Birth began many years ago. As mothers who have experienced the joys and woes of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting, we wanted to create a space where parents, parents-to-be and their loved ones could go to find support, information, products and gifts. We are delighted to finally be bringing this space to you! |

Rooted Birth offers Doula labour support and information. We are located in the beautiful Okanagan valley, in the town of Vernon, B.C. and work directly with women living in this area. |

We have also created an online shop where you can purchase pregnancy, labour, breastfeeding, infant and child, and family products. These products include teas and tinctures, lotions and salves, natural reusable baby wipes, cloth diapers, bath products and slings. We offer convenient pre-made kits with all the essentials for pregnant mom, labour, postpartum and infant care. |
